Questions about what Pinvoice does
Is every feature really free?
Yes. Unlimited invoices, quotes, customers, expenses and reports on one account, with no charge per document and nothing held back behind a paid tier.
Do I need to set all of this up before I start?
No. You can send your first invoice without configuring anything else. Expenses, vendors and team roles can wait until you actually need them.
Does Pinvoice collect payments for me?
No. Pinvoice records payments you have already received by UPI, bank transfer, cheque or cash. It is not a payment gateway and never handles your customers' card or bank details.
Does it apply GST correctly?
Yes. The tax follows the place of supply, so a sale within your state splits into CGST and SGST, and a sale to another state uses IGST, based on the customer you have selected.
Can more than one person use the same account?
Yes. Invite your team and give each person a role that decides what they are able to see and change.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes, for Android and iPhone. Both sign in to the same account as the web app, so anything you do on a phone is there on a desktop straight away.
