Privacy Policy
This version is effective from 21 July 2026.
This policy explains what information is collected when you use this website and the Pinvoice application, why it is collected, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read rather than to be impressive.
Who this policy is from
This website and the Pinvoice service are operated by Aipxperts Technolabs Private Limited, Shilp Epitome, 1003–1004, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380059, India. Where this policy says “we” or “us”, it means that company.
If you have a question about anything here, write to info@aipxperts.com.
The free tools collect nothing
The invoice generator, estimate generator, receipt maker, purchase order generator and the GST, margin and markup calculators all run entirely inside your own browser.
What you type into them is never transmitted to us, never written to our servers and never stored. Closing the tab discards it. That is why they work without an account, and it is also why you should download your document before you leave the page.
What we collect
When you visit the website
- Standard server log data, which may include your IP address, browser type, the pages you requested and the time of the request. This is ordinary web-server behaviour and is used to keep the site running and secure.
- Cookies, as described in the cookies section below.
When you create a Pinvoice account
- Your name, email address and any business details you enter, such as business name, address and GSTIN.
- The data you choose to record in the product: customers, items, invoices, quotes, expenses and payments.
- Basic technical information needed to keep your account secure, such as sign-in times.
When you contact us
If you email us or submit a form, we keep that correspondence so we can answer you and refer back to it.
Why we hold it
- To provide the service. We cannot show you your invoices without storing them.
- To keep accounts secure. Authentication and abuse prevention.
- To support you. Answering questions and investigating problems you report.
- To meet legal obligations. Where the law requires us to keep or produce records.
- To improve the product. Understanding which features are used, in aggregate.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Your business data belongs to you
The customers, invoices and figures you enter into Pinvoice are yours. We process them so the product can function, and to support you when you ask. We do not use the contents of your invoices for advertising, and we do not sell them.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies necessary for it to function, such as keeping you signed in if you administer the site. We do not currently use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers.
If we add analytics or other non-essential cookies in future, this policy will be updated first and consent obtained where the law requires it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though a signed-in session may stop working if you block the necessary ones.
Who else may process your data
We use third-party providers to run the service, principally for website and application hosting and for delivering transactional email such as password resets. They process data only on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Where a provider stores data outside India, we take steps to ensure the transfer is lawful and that the data remains protected to the standard described here.
How long we keep it
- Account and business data is kept for as long as your account remains open.
- If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are legally required to retain it for longer.
- Server logs are kept for a short operational period and then discarded.
- Free tool input is never stored at all, so there is nothing to delete.
You can ask us to delete your data sooner using the contact details below.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls limiting which of our people can reach production systems.
No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law, you may:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you and request a copy.
- Ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Ask us to erase your personal data, subject to any legal obligation we have to keep it.
- Withdraw consent where we relied on consent to process your data.
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity.
- Complain to the Data Protection Board of India if you believe your rights have been infringed.
To exercise any of these, write to info@aipxperts.com. We will respond within the period required by law.

Children
Pinvoice is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
