Terms and Conditions
This version is effective from 21 July 2026.
These terms govern your use of this website, the free tools published on it, and the Pinvoice application. By using any of them you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Who you are contracting with
The service is provided by Aipxperts Technolabs Private Limited, Shilp Epitome, 1003–1004, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380059, India. “We” and “us” mean that company. “You” means the person or business using the service.
What the service is
Pinvoice is billing software. It lets you create invoices, quotes and credit notes, record expenses and payments received, manage customers and suppliers, and produce reports.
The website also publishes free tools, including document generators and calculators, which run in your browser and require no account.
What the service is not
- It is not a payment gateway. Pinvoice records payments you have already received. It does not process card payments, hold funds or handle your customers’ card or bank credentials.
- It is not accounting software. It does not produce statutory accounts or maintain a general ledger.

No professional advice
The guidance on this website, including articles about GST, invoicing, credit notes and pricing, is general information. It is not tax, accounting, legal or financial advice, and it does not take account of your circumstances.
Tax rules, rates and thresholds change. Calculations produced by the free tools and by the product are only as accurate as the figures and tax settings you enter. You remain responsible for the correctness of anything you issue or file, and you should confirm your position with a qualified professional before relying on it.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it current.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything done under your account.
- You must be at least 18 and capable of entering a contract.
- If you create an account for a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business to these terms.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for anything unlawful, or to issue documents you know to be false.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other accounts, or the systems behind them.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service, including by overloading it or circumventing rate limits.
- Copy, resell or redistribute the service, or reverse engineer it, except as the law expressly permits.
- Upload malicious code, or content that infringes the rights of others.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches this section.
Your data and content
You keep ownership of everything you enter into Pinvoice. You grant us only the permissions needed to host, process and display that content so the service can work, and to support you when you ask.
You are responsible for having the right to enter the data you upload, including personal data about your own customers, and for handling it in line with applicable law. How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy.
The free tools
The tools on this website are provided free and without an account. They run in your browser, and nothing you enter is transmitted to or stored by us. That means we cannot recover a document for you if you close the tab before downloading it.
Documents you produce with them are yours to use. You are responsible for checking that any invoice, estimate, receipt or purchase order you issue meets the legal requirements that apply to your business.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and we may change, suspend or withdraw features, with notice where the change is material.
We may carry out maintenance that makes the service temporarily unavailable, and will try to schedule it to cause the least disruption.
Free service
The service is currently offered free of charge. If we introduce paid plans in future, existing users will be told in advance and no charge will be applied without your agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss or corruption of data arising from your use of the service.
Because the service is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with it is limited to the amount you have paid us for it, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Third-party links
This website links to other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
Ending your use
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where you breach these terms, where required by law, or if we discontinue the service, in which case we will give reasonable notice and a means of exporting your data where practicable.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top reflects the current version, and material changes will be notified to account holders. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
